The‌‌ ‌‌Caltrans‌‌ ‌‌Traffic‌‌ ‌‌Operations‌‌ ‌‌Office‌‌ ‌‌has‌‌ ‌‌reviewed‌‌ ‌‌each‌‌ ‌‌project‌‌ ‌‌and‌‌ ‌‌determined‌‌ ‌‌that‌‌ ‌‌individual‌‌ ‌‌‌project‌‌ ‌‌delays‌‌ ‌‌are‌‌ ‌‌expected‌‌ ‌‌to‌‌ ‌‌be‌‌ ‌‌less‌‌ ‌‌than‌‌ ‌‌the‌‌ ‌‌statewide‌‌ ‌‌policy‌‌ ‌‌maximum‌‌ ‌‌of‌‌ ‌‌30‌‌ ‌‌minutes‌‌ ‌‌unless‌‌ ‌‌‌ ‌

Caltrans will halt most work on the Northern California freeways from Friday, November 25 through Sunday, November 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, Caltrans crews may be required to respond to emergency situations.

– Utility work in Clearlake Oaks from Butler Street to Sulfur Bank Road begins Tuesday 29th November. The one-way traffic regulation applies on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

– Utility work will be conducted in Middletown north of Butts Canyon Road on Wednesday, November 30th. The one-way traffic regulation applies from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

— Roadwork continues in Kelseyville on the Kelsey Creek Bridge from Bell Hill Road to Stahli Road. From 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. there is a one-way traffic regulation. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

Highway 175

— Tree work continues near Diener Road. The one-way street regulation applies on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

— Bridge work continues at Cobb on Estates Drive. From 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. there is a one-way traffic regulation. Motorists should expect a delay of up to 10 minutes.

MENDOCINO COUNTY

highway 1

– Tree work will be carried out near Iverson Road on Tuesday 29th November. The one-way traffic regulation applies from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

– Tree work will be underway on Thursday, December 1 north of Andiron Road to south of Little River Airport Road. The one-way traffic regulation applies from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

– Tree work from Westport Vista Point to Hardy Creek will take place on Monday 28th November. The one-way traffic regulation applies from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

– Tree work east of Wildwood Campground and RV Resort scheduled for Wednesday, November 30th. The one-way traffic regulation applies from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

— Road works near Road 10 continue. The one-way street regulation applies on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

— Slide removal at Pieta Creek Bridge continues. Northbound lanes are closed. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

— Bridge work on the Crawford Creek Bridge continues. The one-way street regulation applies on weekdays from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

— Bridge work continues near Henry Station Road. From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. there is a one-way street rule. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

— Roadwork continues in Ukiah on Route 222. Lane closures apply on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Motorists should expect minor delays in the area.

— Fencing work continues in Ukiah at the East Perkins Street crossing. Lane closures apply on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Motorists should expect minor delays in the area.

— Bridge work continues at Ukiah from the Presswood Overhead Bridge to the Hensley Creek Undercrossing. Lane closures apply from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect minor slowdowns through the area.

— Road work continues south of Willits. Lane closures apply on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should expect minor delays in this area.

— The Irvine Lodge security quiet area is closed until January 2023.

— Tree work continues north of Leggett from the Dora Creek Bridge to Route 1 Junction. The one-way street regulation applies on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

Highway 162

— Bridge work on the Outlet Creek Bridge continues. A one-way system applies and drivers should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

— Road work continues south of Dos Rios near the Rodeo Creek Bridge. The one-way street regulation applies on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

DEL NORTE COUNTY

highway 101

— Construction work in the Last Chance Grade area. The one-way street regulation applies on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect 25-minute delays.

– Road excavation continues from Parkway Drive to Wilson and Burtchell. Lane closures apply on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should expect minor traffic delays. In addition, a complete closure of the southbound ramp at Washington Blvd. The crossing is valid on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m

— Utility work near Dr. Fine Bridge continue. The one-way traffic regulation applies on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect 10-minute delays.

Highway 199

– Tree work near Parkway Drive begins Tuesday, November 29th. A complete road closure applies from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays. Motorists should use an alternative route.

— Electrical work continues near the Collier Tunnel rest area. A one-way system applies and drivers should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

HUMBOLDT CIRCLE

Highway 96

– Utility work from Hostler Field Road to north of Hoopa begins Monday 28th November. The one-way traffic regulation applies on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Motorists should expect delays of up to five minutes.

highway 101

— Bridge work continues south of Phillipsville. Lane closures apply on weekdays. Motorists must reckon with slight traffic delays.

— Bridge work continues near Myers Flat. Lane closures apply on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. A full southbound ramp closure will be in effect. Motorists must reckon with slight traffic delays.

— Excavation and concrete work continues from the St. Louis Road crossing to the Georgia Pacific Road. One-way street regulations and lane closures apply on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Motorists should expect 10-minute delays. Lane closures from the St. Louis Road crossing to the Mad River Bridge are in effect from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Motorists should expect 10-minute delays.

Highway 255

— Utility works in Arcata from “V” Street to “J” Street continue. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. there is a one-way traffic regulation. Motorists should expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

Highway 299

— Route 200 to Route 101 shoring installation continues. From 6.00 a.m. to 8.45 p.m. there is a one-way traffic regulation. Motorists should expect minor traffic delays.

— Construction from Willow Creek to Old Three Creek Road continues. From 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. there is a one-way traffic regulation. Motorists should expect 10-minute delays.
